Setting Up Your Real Time SecureAlerts Is Easy

Follow the easy steps below to set up your SecureAlerts. When you're done you'll receive a message the moment any of your alerts are triggered.

  1. Log in to Business Online Banking, then select Alerts from the Account Services menu.
  2. Click each Category in Alert Options to view the list of available alerts.
  3. Select the Alerts you want to receive for each account. Then check how you would like to receive then, then Save.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. All Business Online Banking Clients will have access to SecureAlerts. You do not need to take additional action to receive access.

No. Any transaction alerts previously set up in Business Online Banking will not apply. You will need to set up new SecureAlerts.

Yes. SecureAlerts was built with ease-of-use in mind, allowing users a seamless platform to self-service and manage alerts within Business Online Banking. 

Please note: The Treasury Management Operations team will continue to perform maintenance for ACH origination and Wire alerts. For assistance with these, please contact your Relationship Manager.

You can access SecureAlerts from the alert inbox located above your account(s) view on the home page of Business Online Banking, or by clicking the ‘Alerts’ link located on the top right of any page.

There are many new transaction monitoring alerts to choose from and you can add or remove them when it is convenient for you. The options will depend on what products you have tied to your Business Online account. All options available to you will be found under the ‘Alert Options’ tab on the Alerts page, separated by category.

Delivery options include: text, email, and Secure Inbox. If you select the ‘Secure Inbox’ delivery option, you will be able to view alerts from the Business Online Banking home page. You will also have the ability to set a ‘Do not disturb’ feature to alert subscriptions. Any alerts received during this time will be held and then released to you after the end time has expired.

Yes. There are no limits to the number of email addresses or phone numbers you can enroll to receive alerts. For additional questions about SecureAlerts, please contact your Relationship Manager.
