IRVINE, CA, December 17, 2018— Scott Hoover has joined Mechanics Bank in its Irvine, CA office as Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager. Mr. Hoover will be responsible for originating and managing business loans and lines of credit, commercial real estate loans and providing treasury management services to commercial clients, all areas in which he has extensive experience.
Prior to joining Mechanics Bank he served as Vice President, Commercial Banking officer for Silvergate Bank.
